As I previously eluded to in the title of the review, this website is an untapped resource, quite literally! I had liaisons with loads of older women! The guy's that have given a one star review are most likely the boring old farts the older lady doesn't want. At the bottom of the page there is a section named Contact" but when you click on it it just goes to the "Help and Support" section and of course there is another section named "Support". So you can't actually contact anyone at this place which is the worst sign of all for this lot! I never use dating agencies much because i don't trust the people and it took a lot for me to decide to join the mature free & single. it was not just the sick minded people that i chatted too, but the site admin deactivated my account after a few weeks with no explanation until i sent 3 message over 2 days. finally they got back to me telling me i am fake and they will not be reactivating my account with no refund. crazy!! i am not me. i was not fake when they took my money!! what a complete rip off.. unbelievable. as i was only going to use the site for one month i paid £35.00 for one month a lot, but i was going to give it a go. £35.00 down, groped, abused on the phone by a disgusting fowl mouth man. i would say a really bad experience and a really bad dating site. me not genuine.. what a joke. i maybe one of the only genuine people on there. **it would be impossible to find anything good about this dating site** Trial membership 21 February 2018 Reviewer: Ram. from Uk. 170 of 244 people found this review helpful. Im not meaning the obvious money grabbers and rip off merchants. Rather people who are actually married say they are not and pursue and continue a relationship for a few years before being caught out. These people are very plausible both men and women. I think this is a very well run site. Easy to use and has a good customer support. Unfortunately as already said on here there seems to be subscription issues ! I was shocked to find that although I had selected one month's subscription of £17 SIX months at £104 was taken from my account . I contacted the site straight away and was given an option of downgrading my subscription to ONE month and the other FIVE months would be refunded. The support team said I had selected six months when signing up !! I was quite happy with this arrangement as I only wanted to pay ONE month at a cost of £17. I have to say that the site's support team do contact you very quickly and seem very efficient. However on checking my account only today I've found that the site has taken TWO months subscription from me and only refunded me FOUR months at £70 instead of FIVE months at £84. I have only been a member for just over a week so I don't know how this site can justify taking two months from me at £34. I seem to have had major issues. Questions are inappropriate and embarrassing particularly for the so-called Mature subscriber who have all been out of school for a minimum of 40 years. Reguarding your personal profile: They have an issue if you fill your profile in as what you persieve of yourself. One of the worst questions to answer is the "About Me". They only allow you to put what they think is correct about you. Here they are very double standard and inconsistent. They will make you change your wording about yourself to suit their requirements which then invalidates the truth. This is incorrect as the "About Me" is not about you but what they persieve to be about you. When you try to cancel your subscription they ignore your request on their cancellation form and put two extra weeks onto your profile and then it is impossible to retract it as they block your profile from continuing the "Cancel of your Subscription". Legally they cannot block you from closing your subscription if you the Member wish to do so. I have notified my bank and put a block against them. I joined the site 2 months ago and realised after 1 day the operation is a SCAM. I received the usual wink/favourite so sent the person a message Hey I got a reply telling me to contact by e mail which I did not respond too. Its a dating site you can message/chat on site why would you need to do so by e- mail.to test this site I have sent out over 80 messages to random women all over the UK to see if I get a response just to see if there is genuine people using the site to date nothing you are wasting your time & money. this is a media company playing on peoples emotions operating at gutter level. Please if 1 person reads this review and does not join this site then I will consider e-mail a success. After reviewing a few sites I decided to join a mature dating site, thinking I was going to be billed monthly and I joined for 3 months on a special offer. The site was slow and most of my messages I sent don't even got through and when they did they when through about 6 times! Most of the time the messaging was slow and came up with errors I was not that happy but has I had paid for 3 months I persevered. It can apparent to me after talking to a few people that they joined different sites and we were all getting confused as to what site we joined. BE VERY WEARY as they all could be run my VENNTRO MEDIA. My 3 months have just come to an end and they have automatically taken £60.00 from my account without any warning. I have just spent most of this morning arguing with the support team via email as they do not answer a telephone it is just an automated system. I have cancelled my subscription and deleted my profile but they will not refund the money taken by them on the 29th just before the bank holiday. BECAUSE THEY.
